Now, to set up the "follower" thingy... You'll go to your dashboard and click on "layout." Once there you'll click on "add a gadget." Once it opens you'll find (the second one down) a tab that says "followers." Just add it on.. it's that easy! (Of course you'll have to "drag" it to where you want it on your blog - so that it doesn't stay above your profile. I think that's it! If not, call me and I'll walk you through it. =-)
